3. How Is Information Shared Within Your Care Team?

In Short: Information logged about your baby is visible to all members of that baby's Care Team.

Only the Owner can invite or remove Care Team members. If a caregiver is removed, they will lose access to the baby's information going forward through the App, but the Company cannot delete information that caregiver already viewed, saved, or shared outside the App.

We encourage you to only invite individuals you trust to your Care Team, as they will have full access to your baby's logged information.

Information about your baby is entered by you, the adult Account Holder, as your child's parent or authorized guardian, and is processed based on your consent. If you are a Care Team member who is not the baby's parent or legal guardian, you confirm that you have been authorized by the baby's parent or guardian to access and log this information.

If we become aware that a child under 13 has independently created an account or directly provided us with personal information without a parent's involvement, we will take steps to delete that account and information promptly.
